This does not automatically confirm that this date is available.  We will send a confirmation email within 48 hours.  If you want to make sure you get this date please call Chris at 215-6633.  Then complete this form to agree with the following rental policies.

$40 deposit is due 7 days before party.  This deposit is NON-refundable.  Cancellation requires 48 hours.  If not given - Full payment for rental and 50% of the pre-ordered food will still be due.   

Once date and time have been confirmed please contact our restaurant to place your order for any food purchases.
